Due to the unique nature of pre-owned luxury goods, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on items that remain in their original sold condition with all security tags attached. Please note that high-value designer handbags and final sale items are non-returnable to maintain the integrity of our curated collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer dust bags, authenticity cards, and Consignment Store tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your authorization email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition against its original listing, your store credit will be issued to your account within 3-5 business days.
